A Function is a fundamental concept that describes a relationship between a set of inputs (often called the domain) and a set of outputs (often called the range), such that each input is related to exactly one output. A function assigns each element from the domain to exactly one element in the codomain. This mapping is often represented by pairs of elements, where is an input from the domain and y is the corresponding output in the codomain.
